HDR is seeking a licensed environmental engineer to lead remediation design and implementation on mid-size projects. You will evaluate techniques, make design decisions, and potentially serve as a Tech Specialist or Project Manager while guiding a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience designing and creating plans and specifications for environmental engineering projects, such as remediation design and implementation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assignments, exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures for environmental remediation projects that include remediation design and implementation
• Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed
• Function as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid-size projects as needed, but project management is not the sole focus of this position
• Supervise a small staff of professionals and technicians as needed
• Perform other duties as needed
