Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain OSHA HAZWOPER, DOT HAZMAT Shipper, and EPA Method 9 certifications.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (≈10%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with regulatory agencies, senior staff, and technical consultants.
• Maintaining effective communication with operations and maintenance personnel.
• Providing environmental training.
• Serving as a technical resource to support compliance and sustainable operational practices.
