Job summary

GCC is seeking a results-driven environmental professional to join our Three Forks, MT plant team. A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with 2–7 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing is required.

The role focuses on managing air and water regulatory programs, permits, and reporting while partnering with operations to identify risks and implement sustainable solutions. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 2–7 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of NSPS, PSD/NSR, NESHAP, and Title V.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs across air and water regulations.
• Conduct audits/inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare/submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies with timely documentation.
• Collaborate with operations to identify risks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support training and communication with plant personnel on compliance matters.
• Assist in developing permits and interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Analyze environmental performance data and track improvement initiatives.
• Lead environmental risk assessments and capital project justifications.
