Job summary

GCC is seeking an environmental compliance professional for its Three Forks, MT plant. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence across air and water programs, managing permits, and coordinating with operations to reduce environmental impact.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering and has 2–7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
• 2–7 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of air and water regulations, permitting and reporting (NSPS, PSD/NSR, NESHAP, Title V).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental compliance programs across the cement plant and terminals.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepare permit applications and environmental reports for regulatory agencies.
• Communicate environmental performance and risk to plant leadership and operations teams.
• Lead training and drive actions to reduce environmental impact.
