Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Environmental Engineer to support EHS& Sustainability programs at a Utah facility. You will identify environmental and safety risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate to deploy sustainability initiatives aligned with the Global Strategy.

The role emphasizes implementation of EHS programs, risk management, and continuous improvement to protect workers and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in environmental science/management, safety, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in related roles for a global, multi-site consumer goods or packaged goods organization, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Understanding of relevant environmental and occupational safety laws and regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with site leadership across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

• Risk identification and management at applicable locations.
• Regulatory compliance with local and national regulations and Global Performance Standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to deploy objectives supporting Global Sustainability Strategy.
• Implement K-C E&S programs at the site aligned with Global Sustainability Strategy.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and improve EHS performance through standardized systems and processes.
