Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Site Senior Environmental & Sustainability Engineer in Beech Island, SC to lead E&S systems for a safe, compliant and efficient operation. You will drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and advance environmental programs aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, pulp & paper engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of environmental & sustainability experience in manufacturing; strong leadership and risk management capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental event investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Oversee ISO E&S management system implementation and alignment with ISO 14001:2026 release.
• Develop and drive E&S risk reduction strategies and KPIs at the site.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with EPA, SCDES and other agencies.
• Direct data analysis, reporting and digital tools to improve environmental performance across the plant.
