Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Beech Island Mill is seeking a Senior Engineer - Environmental to lead the Environmental & Sustainability (E&S) program for the site. You will drive compliance, system ownership, risk management, and continuous improvement to minimize environmental impact and support sustainable operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field and 5+ years of E&S experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental or related engineering.
• 5+ years of E&S experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and environmental systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with Kimberly-Clark E&S standards and regulations.
• Own and improve the site E&S Management System.
• Identify and manage environmental risks and opportunities.
• Lead ISO E&S program alignment and continual improvement.
• Drive E&S strategy to meet Sustainability goals and KPIs.
• Lead environmental investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide training on environmental and sustainability practices.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E&S requirements.
