Qualifications

• 8+ years leading environmental due diligence and brownfield redevelopment.
• Experience in environmental consulting projects.
• Proven success managing projects and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Due Diligence professionals.
• Manage performance, staffing, coaching, recruiting, and staff development.
• Oversee timesheets, expenses, time-off, and performance appraisals.
• Drive business development to secure new Due Diligence projects.
• Oversee project execution and manage key client relationships.
• Represent Fishbeck at client meetings and industry events.
• Monitor financial performance and improve profitability.
