Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a full-time Senior Environmental Project Manager / Environmental Professional (EP) to support our Environmental Due Diligence Department in Farmington Hills, MI. You will manage environmental due diligence projects, provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships across Michigan.

Responsibilities include leading Phase I/II ESAs, BEAs, regulatory liaison, and documentation preparation (ResAPs, DDCCRs).

Qualifications

• Must be an EP and authorized to sign environmental reports.
• Strong project, client management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Michigan environmental regulations and guidance.
• Experience with Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, BEAs, and Due Care.
• Familiarity with USTs and reporting requirements.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental due diligence projects including Phase I/II ESAs and BEAs.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with regulators, attorneys, lenders, realtors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and develop project teams.
• Apply ASTM AA I standards and Michigan regulations.
• Develop Conceptual Site Models.
• Perform DQO evaluations and exposure pathway assessments.
• Obtain state approvals and prepare documentation (ResAPs, DDCCRs).
• Provide Due Care consulting during construction (soil management, dewatering, controls).
