Job summary

Veolia is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to support the Clean Earth integration in North America. You will travel to route locations to pack, transport, and properly dispose of waste materials in line with environmental policies. The role includes up to four overnight stays per week with paid hotel expenses and per diem.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and at least 21 years old. Endorsements and English fluency are preferred and encouraged to apply.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is important for interactions with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join our team and be part of something bigger! We’re looking for experienced CDL A Drivers who share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement (must be obtained if hired). As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.
