Job summary

Veolia is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to join our environmental services team in the United States. You will travel to assigned routes, pack, transport and properly dispose of waste according to policy, with up to 4 overnight stays per week (hotel expenses and per diem paid).

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• By law, must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check required.
• Preferred: TWIC Card, Tanker endorsement, Hazmat endorsement.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport and dispose of waste material per policies.
• Travel to locations on assigned route and maintain routes efficiently.

Job Description

Join our team and be part of something bigger! We're looking for experienced CDL A Drivers who share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.

Additional Information

$30/hourly
