Job summary

Veolia is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers to join our North American team, supporting Safe Waste management and environmental services. You will travel to assigned route locations, loading, transporting, and disposing of waste material in line with our environmental policies.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, ability to operate a manual transmission, HS diploma or GED, and being at least 21 years old. Fluency in English preferred; DOT, drug test, and background checks will be conducted.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) preferred.

Job Description

• Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.

$33.00 hourly

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Able to operate a Manual Transmission Vehicle
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Requirements:

• TWIC Card, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsement (candidates will be expected to obtain as a condition of employment after hire) and any experience operating vac trucks, combo vehicles, and roll-offs.
• As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check.
