Job summary

Veolia is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers in the United States to join our environmental services team. You will travel to locations on your route, pack, transport and dispose of waste in compliance with our policies, with up to 4 overnights per week (hotel expenses paid, per diem).

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, age 21+, Hazmat. TWIC and Tanker endorsements preferred. A DOT physical, drug test, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement required or able to obtain.
• TWIC Card and Tanker endorsement preferred.
• English fluency (verbal and written) important for customer and staff interaction.

Job Description

Join our team and be part of something bigger! We’re looking for experienced CDL A Drivers who share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age. Hazmat required.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.
