Job summary

Aerostar Environmental and Construction (AEC), a Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) company, seeks a Data Specialist III to manage analytical data in the EQuIS database and coordinate with project managers on environmental data deliverables to meet project schedules. This role supports state and federal programs and requires strong database knowledge.

The position offers Florida (Jacksonville) or Nebraska (Omaha) office options.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data management or a similar science field.
3+ years as a data manager or scientist using Earthsoft EQuIS.
Understanding of relational databases and EQuIS schema.
Experience with Access, EQuIS tools, and macros in Excel.
Experience with EQuIS RDL reports and data submissions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data collection, tracking, and reporting with project teams (Earthsoft EQuIS).
Review lab receipt logs and perform quality checks.
Collaborate with DBAs to ensure EQuIS runs securely and efficiently.
Design/modify reports and queries to ensure data quality.
Coordinate with Earthsoft on technical database inquiries.
Support data system design, field data collection, and reporting.
Respond to client data requests and manage data submission packages for federal programs.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
