Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a related STEM field.
• 1-3 years of experience in environmental compliance, chemical manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting and compliance programs within the chemical industry (including Title V preferred).
• Experience with data management and reporting tools such as SAP, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, DREAM Reports or ACTS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the ESHA Manager to support key environmental, sustainability, and compliance priorities.
• Support site leadership in maintaining environmental regulatory compliance and managing environmental risks.
• Monitor changes in environmental regulations and assess their impact on regional operations.
• Ensure routine environmental inspections, calculations and compliance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and submit required environmental reports and regulatory filings in a timely manner.
• Develop and improve tools that automate environmental data collection, analysis and compliance reporting.
• Provide technical support for environmental permits, including obtaining and maintaining required permits.
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective action reporting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
