Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of environmental compliance experience in chemical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with environmental regulations (RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, TRI, SPCC, NESHAP, etc.).
• Experience preparing regulatory reports and managing environmental compliance programs.
• Knowledge of industrial chemical processes and associated environmental risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Manage environmental permitting requirements including air, wastewater, stormwater permits.
• Prepare, review, and submit environmental compliance reports (TRI, Tier II, emissions, wastewater).
• Maintain knowledge of evolving environmental regulations and assess site impacts.
