BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Energy Counsel or Income Partner to join the Energy & Cleantech practice in Lake Forest, IL. The role involves representing diverse clients in complex regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities include advising on regulatory strategy, supporting mergers and corporate transactions, and collaborating with colleagues across energy, corporate, and litigation practices to deliver comprehensive client service.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• Significant experience with FERC and state energy regulators.
• Strong regulatory and litigation experience in the energy sector.
• Experience advising on energy-related transactions.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Business development skills and ability to manage client matters.

Responsibilities
