Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience, plus a wastewater license and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Biological Science and 6+ years in environmental programs.
• License to operate largest wastewater facility within area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations.
• Willingness to travel to remote facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive environmental compliance and sustainability efforts to support safe, responsible operations across the facility.
• Lead environmental programs including air and water quality, waste management, and environmental reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Champion sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction and resource conservation.
• Provide timely, accurate reports to internal and external customers.
