Equinox Gold is growing and seeking an Environmental Coordinator to support permitting, compliance, and regulatory activities at our Nevada operations. The role involves coordinating with regulators, consultants, and operations to ensure permits are maintained and expanded as needed.

The position requires fieldwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A bachelor’s degree in a related environmental field is required, with mining exposure preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Compliance, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of environmental experience; mining experience preferred.
• Experience with EMS, Datamine Discover 3D, ArcGIS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support environmental compliance and permitting activities.
• Coordinate environmental consultants and regulatory communications.
• Assist in environmental sampling and inspections.
• Maintain permits and assist with future mine expansions.
• Prepare regulatory reporting (air, water, waste).
