Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up field records in OMS with acres, crops, permit number, expiration dates, new permit revision, location, latitude and longitude, landowner information, landowner agreements, and maps.
• Processes field records for various land application operations, filling out/scanning the documents.
• Verifies use of correct PANs, units of measurement, volume, correct product, type of application, etc.
• Communicates with operations on missing field logs, incorrectness of records, and/or holding tables.
• Reviews and interprets field data for compliance with required regulations and Denali BMPs. Communicates compliance gaps with regional environmental and operations teams.
• Compiles data into required weekly, monthly, or annual reports to maintain compliance with state and/or federal regulations.
