Calista Brice LLC is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to join Brice Engineering LLC. The position is on-site at an office location in Anchorage or Fairbanks, AK, Salt Lake City, UT, Omaha, NE, or Portland, ME to support data collection, permitting, and regulatory reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to federal and state environmental laws (RCRA, NPDES, CWA, CAA) and develop project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of environmental compliance project experience.
• Experience with federal/state regulations related to stormwater, wastewater, air quality, and hazardous materials.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Must pass employment drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and data collection for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare permits, plans, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project staff.
• Review environmental standards and ensure proposals meet requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly to management and regulators.
