Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee programs ensuring adherence to CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, EPCRA, TSCA, FIFRA and NESHAPS across ADUSA locations.

The role leads a team of professionals, monitors regulatory changes, and develops new programming to improve compliance and reduce costs. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-person days at core locations, including Quincy, MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental and safety compliance experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in EHS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with waste management, water/wastewater/stormwater, air quality, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement corporate environmental compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor new and emerging regulations and develop new programming as needed.
• Develop process for managing and storing critical environmental compliance data.
• Engage key partners to identify program areas for continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Represent ADUSA at conferences and stakeholder calls to benchmark regulatory and sustainability trends.
• Proactively train teams on program requirements and track training schedules.
