Responsibilities

• Manage corporate environmental compliance programs across ADUSA locations.
• Support facilities and distribution centers on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor new regulations and implement new programming as needed.
• Develop processes for managing critical environmental compliance data.
• Engage partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs.
• Integrate environmental compliance into company strategy and ensure accountability.
• Develop and deliver training on program requirements and track compliance.
• Create dashboards for enterprise-wide regulatory and waste trend insights.
• Oversee environmental assessments of facilities to ensure compliance.
• Represent ADUSA at conferences and stakeholder calls for benchmarking.
• Present environmental topics to Operations and partners as requested.
• Serve as contact with regulators to address inspection deficiencies.
• Manage vendor-client relations for environmental work streams.
