Job summary

Cambria is seeking an Environmental Compliance Program Manager to lead our facility's environmental programs and safeguard regulatory adherence. You will drive air permits, waste management, stormwater, SPCC, and annual reports, while guiding improvement projects and training staff.

The role requires deep knowledge of EPA regulations, state MN rules, and strong project management. Travel to MN sites is occasional; a CHMM or Hazwoper certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial environmental compliance.
• Deep working knowledge of EPA regulations (CAA, CWA, SPCC, RCRA, EPCRA, 40 CFR 60, Subparts WWWW and ZZZZ) and Minnesota regs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Title V Air Permit: testing, monitoring, record-keeping and reporting.
• Direct Hazardous/Regulated Waste program: inspections, labeling, storage, manifests, TSDF liaison.
• Oversee Industrial Storm Water program (SWPPP) including inspections and annual reporting.
• Lead spill prevention, control and countermeasure program inspections and training.
• Prepare and submit annual regulatory reports (Tier II, TRI, P2PR, EIR) and storm water reports.
• Act as primary contact for regulatory inspections and inquiries.
• Lead environmental compliance projects and track KPIs.
• Develop and update staff training on hazardous waste handling and permit requirements.
