Job summary

Cambria seeks an Environmental Compliance Program Manager to lead the site’s environmental programs, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in air, storm water and waste programs, plus strong project management to drive improvements.

You will manage Title V, hazardous waste, SWPPP, SPCC, and annual regulatory reporting, and serve as the main contact for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5–8 years of industrial environmental compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of EPA regs (CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA, 40 CFR 60, Subparts WWWW/ZZZZ) and state rules.
• Strong data management, reporting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Title V air permit and testing/record-keeping requirements.
• Direct Hazardous and Regulated Waste program activities and inspections.
• Lead preparation and submission of annual regulatory reports (Tier II, TRI, EIR, SWPPP reports).
• Act as primary contact for regulatory inspections and inquiries.
