The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering, with 4+ years of environmental experience (or 2+ years plus Tyson traineeship).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering required.
• 4+ years environmental experience, or 2+ years plus Tyson Environmental Trainee Program.
• Food production industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Wastewater Supervisor and Wastewater Operators.
• Create and implement environmental programs.
• Write compliance plans.
• Track KPIs for compliance.
• Develop and submit permit applications.
• Implement waste minimization programs.
• Ensure on-time reporting of all compliance-based reports.
• Communicate any non-compliant issues.
