Job summary

Safety Management Group, LLC seeks an Environmental Advisor for our Lebanon, IN location. The role coordinates environmental compliance programs, permits, and corporate policies within the region and project scope.

You will support wastewater and hazardous waste tracking and help establish electronic file management while ensuring cradle-to-grave documentation. Minimum five years’ environmental experience is required along with a Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Environmental Science or related

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of environmental experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of environmental studies and regulatory compliance.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of environmental compliance programs and permit requirements.
• Track and manage wastewater and hazardous waste as applicable.
• Develop and maintain procedures for tracking waste streams.
• Coordinate with departments and disposal vendors for cradle-to-grave documentation.
• Support assessments to ensure permit compliance.
