Job summary
Safety Management Group seeks a local Owner's Rep in Houston, TX to coordinate environmental compliance during construction projects. The role focuses on overseeing NPDES, RCRA, Stormwater, Air Permits, and SPCC requirements while developing plans, permits, and documentation for projects within their region.
Responsibilities include site inspections, regulatory audits support, and leading incident investigations.
Qualifications
- 7 years of environmental experience required.
- Experience on construction projects performing environmental services.
- Thorough knowledge of environmental studies and regulatory compliance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide environmental compliance oversight for construction activities.
- Support compliance with NPDES, RCRA, Stormwater, Air Permits, and SPCC requirements.
- Develop and manage environmental plans, permits, documentation, and records.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify environmental risks.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver environmental training and coaching to project teams.
