Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Environmental Construction Coordinator to bridge environmental permitting and construction teams. You will gather field data, coordinate with agencies, and develop deliverables for federal and state agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage data updates and documentation, performing data entry and uploading data into Salesforce while utilizing Excel, Outlook, and Box daily to support project milestones and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental permitting deliverables with agencies including DEQ, DEP, State Historic Preservation, and U.S. Fish & Wildlife, and construction teams.
• Gather, analyze, and organize field data required for state and federal permits and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FERC).
• Perform data entry and environmental documentation updates; upload finalized data into Salesforce and use Excel, Outlook, and Box daily.
