Koch Fertilizer Dodge City, LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer or Specialist to join our Dodge City team. This role focuses on environmental compliance, regulations, and applying them within a manufacturing setting to ensure safe and legal operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated operations or manufacturing with exposure to compliance programs or reporting.
• Ability to analyze information and apply requirements to real-world situations.
• Experience using Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply federal and state environmental regulations across site operations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in multiple disciplines.
• Oversee recurring compliance monitoring and inspections.
• Develop understanding of plant processes, risks, and environmental performance.
• Maintain and improve environmental management systems for regulatory compliance (Air Permitting, CEMS, Stack Testing, Waste, Remediation).
• Serve as environmental representative on cross-functional site teams and advise on projects.
• Participate in incident reviews, assess environmental impacts, and track corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver environmental training to strengthen site-wide compliance.
