Steel Dynamics Inc. is seeking a dedicated Environmental Compliance professional to partner with the environmental team to ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations while supporting plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of environmental compliance experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee environmental permitting activities, renewals, modifications, and new applications.
• Interact with Federal, state, and local agencies and industry groups.
• Support compliance through data collection, sampling, monitoring, and recordkeeping.
• Manage compliance schedules, inspections, and audit readiness.
• Lead air compliance programs including Title V, PSD, and CEMS oversight.
• Ensure SPCC, P2, and hazardous waste management programs are implemented.
