Koch Methanol, a Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) company, seeks an Environmental Engineer in St. James, Louisiana. You will own compliance programs spanning air, water, and waste, and work closely with Plant Operations to ensure regulatory obligations are understood and met.

This role follows a 9/80 schedule and sits on site in St. James. You will build and implement tools and processes to keep operations audit-ready, collaborate with operations and maintenance, and lead community engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permit reporting
• Experience with regulatory applicability determinations and field implementation at large facilities

Responsabilités

• Own compliance programs under Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA and related regs
• Support site permitting renewals and development projects
• Partner with site teams to implement compliance programs
• Coordinate EH&S field sampling and inspections
• Lead EH&S audit teams and investigations
• Receive support from site and corporate resources
