Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure site-wide regulatory compliance across TX and LA facilities. You will lead air permitting efforts, coordinate with regulators, and mentor teams to uphold environmental standards.

Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, audits, and supporting corporate environmental programs. The role requires strong knowledge of Title V, NSR, NESHAP, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with state and federal environmental regulations (including Title V, NSR, NESHAP, MACT).
• Strong knowledge of air permitting, compliance auditing, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating with agencies (EPA/TCEQ/LA DEQ) and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage air permitting strategies for site-wide compliance.
• Lead regulatory reporting and permit development efforts.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to resolve complex regulatory issues.
• Mentor site personnel on environmental compliance and training.
• Support environmental audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Represent INEOS Oxide in industry groups and public forums.
