Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to lead development and delivery of innovative client solutions that strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve performance. The role is based in ERM’s Mountain and Pacific Business Unit with a preference for Irvine, Seattle, Portland, or Walnut Creek, in a hybrid and flexible environment.

You will lead client relationships, win new business, mentor consultants, and shape the strategic direction of the practice as an equity

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EHS compliance and risk management.
• Executive-level leadership with proven business development ability.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-relations track record.
• Broad solutions experience across compliance, reporting, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships, sales, and delivery of Sustainable Operations services.
• Develop and implement EHS compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Advise on data management, reporting, and disclosures related to EHS.
• Plan commercial strategies to win new business aligned with ERM's strategy.
• Mentor consultants and grow leadership within the team.
