Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an Environmental Compliance Analyst to support the U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF). The role focuses on NEPA program management, environmental planning document preparation, and compliance with federal environmental laws for DoN actions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS in engineering or environmental science, and an active Secret clearance. Collaborative work in a multi-disciplinary environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing environmental planning documentation (EIS, EA, CATEX).
• Experience with federal, state, and local environmental laws and DoN/DoD policies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects autonomously with minimal staff support.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide NEPA program management support for DoN home basing/homeporting and training actions.
• Manage, review, and prepare environmental planning documents (EIS/EA/CATEX) for DoN actions.
• Review and analyze supporting environmental compliance actions (ESA BA, CZMA CD, MSFCMA, EFHA, CWA 401/404).
• Perform other duties to support Fleet environmental planning efforts.
