Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack in New York to guide our team in delivering high-quality stack testing services for clients and regulatory compliance. You will oversee technical, financial, and administrative project aspects while coordinating timelines and resources for multi-week projects.

The role requires 5+ years of stack testing experience, strong knowledge of federal and local regulations, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.
• Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costs.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established testing methods, procedures, and processes to support reliable source testing.
• Assess client goals, regulatory requirements, and data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Manage all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs and projects.
• Determine, oversee, coordinate, and adjust project timelines.
• Allocate and direct resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
