Onterris Payroll, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide our stack testing team and ensure compliant, reliable service for clients. The role combines technical know-how, leadership, and client engagement to drive project success.

The position requires 5+ years of stack testing, travel up to 75%, and solid knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 per year, with full benefits and growth opportunities at Onterris.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more
• Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Following established testing methods, procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testing
• Assessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports
• Managing all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs, and projects
• Determining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelines
• Allocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements
