Job summary

Onterris Payroll, LLC seeks a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide our team in delivering stack testing services. The role combines technical know-how with leadership and client engagement to ensure compliance and reliable operations across projects.

The position requires 5+ years in stack testing with QI credentials, willingness to travel up to 75% for multi-week projects, and strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.
• Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Following established testing methods, procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testing.
• Assessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Managing all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs, and projects.
• Determining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelines.
• Allocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
