Onterris is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to lead our stationary source testing programs. You will coordinate technical, financial, and administrative efforts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable client results.

The role requires 5+ years of stack testing experience, QI credentials, and willingness to travel up to 75% for multi-week projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of stack testing experience with QI credentials.
Ability to travel up to 75% for multi-week projects.
Extensive knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations.
Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and costs.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and OSHA/Respiratory evaluations.

Responsibilities

Assess client goals and regulatory requirements to craft proposals, test plans, and reports.
