Job summary

The role involves day-to-day management of sampling and analysis tasks, preparation of UFP-QAPPs, coordinating with field personnel and laboratories, and ensuring data conformance with quality standards. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of data managers and scientists, support data validation, and help develop new environmental data

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, environmental chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Proficient working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting preparation of UFP-QAPPs, data validation narratives, and data usability reports.
• Coordinating environmental laboratory services and field sampling events with project teams.
• Managing and reporting environmental analytical data in coordination with project teams and data managers.
• Reviewing laboratory and field data for completeness and correctness.
• Reviewing, correcting, and uploading electronic data deliverables.
• Working with a team of data managers and other professionals to implement corrective actions.
• Reviewing data for conformance with QA requirements and supporting QA activities.
• Developing requirements for new environmental data reporting tools and processes.
