Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro is hiring an Environmental Assistant to help keep a safe, clean environment for patients and staff in Hillsboro, WI. The role supports daily operations with cleaning and waste disposal, contributing to a mission-driven health care setting where every role matters.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is needed, with an emphasis on dependability, teamwork and safety. Casual, as-needed scheduling with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• No experience required; 1 year healthcare Environmental Services preferred.
• Strong dependability, problem solving, teamwork and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with health care team to provide waste disposal and cleaning services.
• Report incidents, maintenance concerns and housekeeping issues to the supervisor.
• Provide indirect patient care by cleaning.
• Follow safety guidelines related to body mechanics, hazardous materials and PPE.
