Gundersen Health System is seeking a Supervisor for Emplify Health environment services in La Crosse, WI. The role leads a team, manages PM shifts, and maintains cleaning quality and safety standards in a healthcare setting.

Starting salary is $47,500 with opportunity to grow based on experience. The role offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive mission-driven environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field, or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational leadership to environmental services staff and specialists.
• Ensure goals are met in service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department.
• Daily cleaning, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services.
• Shift management and scheduling.
• Foster relationships with other leaders and promote growth within the department.
