Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Manager, Environmental Air & ESG to lead site operational environmental teams and coordinate corporate ESG compliance, reporting and governance. The role emphasizes public reporting and the management of complex environmental assignments within a small corporate team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental/air and ESG roles, a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI for data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
8+ years of related experience in environmental, air and ESG.
Experience with public reporting and governance systems.

Responsibilities

Monitors changes in laws and regulations regarding air and ESG compliance and influences where appropriate.
Manages corporate ESG compliance program including tools, governance and reporting.
Oversees internal corporate environmental training program.
Accurate and timely submission of public ESG reports.
Communicates with regulators, politicians, legislators and media as required.
Acts as SME and technical advisor on air & ESG compliance.
