DSJ Global seeks an EHS Manager for a large food manufacturing facility to lead site safety, environmental compliance, and injury prevention initiatives. You will partner with plant leadership to drive a strong safety culture, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, and engage employees across the site.

The role focuses on reducing injuries, executing audits, and developing the EHS team while collaborating with Operations, HR, Maintenance, and Quality to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, occupational health, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing EHS leadership.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental compliance, and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Oversee emergency response, crisis management, and site security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
