Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety leader to develop and execute the company’s EHS strategy across all manufacturing sites in Georgia. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety or related field.
• CSP or CHCM certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in safety training, program creation and implementation, and hazard assessment in a large manufacturing setting.
• Experience in the food industry desired.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and related acts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and governance across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee EHS policy, standards, playbooks, and governance cadence.
• Direct safety, environmental, and governance programs; drive audits and CAPAs.
• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) where applicable and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations, FSQ, HR, Legal, Engineering, and Procurement to integrate EHS with business goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage environmental permits and reporting.
