Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager with at least 6 years of construction safety management experience to join our team. The role reports to the HSE Director and involves implementing safety protocols, conducting training, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive safety culture on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and promote a proactive safety culture within project teams.
• Monitor and document safety inspections and site conditions.
• Conduct safety meetings and specialized training sessions.
• Review safety procedures and assist in safety improvements.
• Respond to safety concerns and incidents, including investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction safety experience, preferably with large projects.
• Knowledge of safety management practices, hazardous materials, and construction processes.
• Certifications such as OSHA 500 or OSHA 510/5109 with STSC, CSP, ASP, CHST, or CIH preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Physical and Other Requirements

This role involves site inspections, potential exposure to various weather conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Regular attendance is expected.
