Job Description:

• Develops, implements, and monitors occupational health and safety programs within an industrial setting.
• Provides training and instruction to aerospace employees.
• Evaluates the impact of emerging issues, regulations, and legislation on company operations.
• Develops corrective action plans in response to audits and inspections.
• Plans and conducts health and safety audits/inspections.
• Manages programs for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Collaborates with hourly employees, Operations Managers, and other personnel to support factory operations.
• Resolves hazards through collaboration with facilities, engineering, equipment services, and tooling support functions.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• 3+ years of experience performing risk assessments, developing safety programs, and conducting audits.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Typically acquired through a bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
• 3+ years of experience with safety and health audits.
• Experience in ergonomic evaluation, solution development, and implementation.
