About the Role

We're seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and support our safety culture and compliance efforts at our Sacramento facility. Reporting to the Site/Plant Manager, you’ll play a key role on the Site Leadership Team—overseeing safety programs, environmental compliance, inspections, audits, training, and emergency response.

• Perform regular safety inspections and correct unsafe conditions
• Lead EHS training programs for new and current employees
• Organize and lead safety committee meetings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
• Manage environmental permits and reporting
• Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis
• Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Support emergency response, spill prevention, and disaster planning
• Serve as the primary site contact for all things EHS

What You Bring

• 5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial setting (or relevant degree)
• 1–4 years of environmental compliance experience (HMBP preferred)
• Familiarity with OSHA 10/30, CPR, First Aid, or EMT certification preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, train others, and lead safety initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors & outdoors
• EHS-related certifications
• Emergency planning or project leadership experience
• Process improvement or 5S knowledge
