Job description

A well-established energy operator is hiring an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across multiple facilities.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced environmental specialist who blends regulatory knowledge with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-scope EHS compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and NERC/CIP.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.
  • Lead audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Work closely with plant operations to drive practical, effective compliance strategies.
  • Provide support during outages, emergency situations, and high-impact operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or refinery industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, and reporting.
  • Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) is a big plus.
