We’re seeking a strategic EHS Program Manager to join our growing team in Augusta and help shape the long-term direction of environmental, health, and safety initiatives at our new US facility. • Experience with incident investigation, EHS audits, and compliance reporting
  • Effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Prior exposure to heavy industrial or processing environments such as metals, paper, or chemicals
  • Willingness to work on-site in a high-risk environment involving lead exposure, molten metals, and heavy equipment
  • Ability to travel to Europe (first year likely includes a visit to a European site)
  • No direct reports initially, but high collaboration with safety personnel and indirect leadership responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the upstream owner of policy, procedure, and program design, while partnering with an on-site Field EHS Manager for execution
  • Develop site-specific training requirements and program frameworks; ensure consistent tracking and compliance
  • Oversee and enhance industrial hygiene programs (e.g., noise assessments, lead exposure tracking, respirator fit-testing)
  • Create risk assessments, conduct audits, and implement actionable improvements
  • Interface with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies as needed
  • Guide new initiatives related to sustainability and emergency response coordination with local organizations
